ChriStmas Melon Splice
Ingredients:
- 1 litre bottle lemonade
- crushed ice
- 250g watermelon
- 250 honeydew melon
- 250g rockmelon (canteloupe)
- 12 fresh strawberries hulled and quartered
- slices of fresh lime to decorate
Method:
In a juicer or blender, combine the melons until they are smooth. In a large jug combine the lemonade with the melon mix.
Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with crushed ice and the strawberries. Place two pieces of fresh lime on the side of the glass lip
for decoration. Sennnnsational! Enjoy!
