Americana Cocktail
For one serve:
- ice cubes
- 1 nip of bourbon eg. Jim Beam
- a dash of Angostura bitters
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- champagne
Method:
Put the bourbon, sugar, and bitters into a jug with the ice cubes and stir to combine.
Strain the mix into a tall ball glass and then top up with the champagne.
Traditionally the Americana Cocktail is garnished with a slice of peach, which you can
secure with toothpicks. Cheers!
