B52 Cocktail - Australian style!

For one serve:

- 1 nip of kahlua
- 1 nip of irish cream whisky eg. Baileys
- 1 nip of cointreau

Method:

You only need a small glass for this drink, like a shot glass, and it is a layered drink that looks quite spectacular and tastes sensational. First of all pour in the kahlua, then get a teaspoon and tip it upside down over the layer of kahlua and very gently pour the nip of baileys over the top. This can take a bit of practice to get right - don't worry that's normal. Think of all the training drinks you can have :)) But I digress... Once you have your Baileys sitting nicely in a layer on top of the layer of kahlua, gently pour in the nip of cointreau. Serve immediately. Note: Some places use Grand Marnier instead of the Cointreau. It's up to your personal taste preferences. Cheers!
