Delicious Sour Cocktail
For one serve:
- 1 nip of calvados
- 1 nip of apricot brandy
- 1 egg white
- 1 dash of sugar syrup
- 1/2 nip of lemon juice
- soda water
- ice cubes
- sliced apple pieces
Method:
Put the egg white, clvados, apricot brandy, sugar syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with the ice and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture and pour into a wine shaped glass. Top up the glass with soda water and garnish with the sliced apple pieces. Cheers!
