East India Cocktail

For one serve:

- 2 nips of white rum eg. bacardi
- 1/2 nip of cointreau
- 1 nip pineapple juice
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- ice cubes


Method:

Put the white rum, cointreau, pineapple juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into a V shaped cocktail glass. Garnish the side of the glas with a piece of fruit such as a slice of pineapple or a cherry. Cheers!
