El Dorado Cocktail

For one serve:

- 1 nip of white rum eg. bacardi
- 1 nip of advocaat
- 1 nip of creme de cacao
- 1 dash of coconut essence (you can buy these in sachets)
- ice cubes

Method:

Put the white rum, advocaat, creme de cacao, and coconut essence into a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes. Shake vigorously and then strain into a V shaped cocktail glass. If you are feeling adventurous and have some spare time on your hands you could even hollow out baby pineapples to serve this drink in. Garnish with tropical pieces of fruit - you can secure these with toothpicks. Cheers!
