Fireman's Sour Cocktail
For one serve:
- 2 nips of white rum eg. bacardi
- 1/2 nip of lemon juice
- 1/2 nip of grenadine (or red cordial)
- soda water
- cocktail cherries
- slices of lemon
- ice cubes
Method:
Put the rum, lemon juice, and grenadine into a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain the drink into a V shaped cocktail glass. Decorate the side of the glass with the cherries and slices of lemon. You can use toothpicks to secure the garnish. Cheers!
