Grasshopper Cocktail
For one serve:
- 1 nip of mint liquer eg. creme de menthe
- 1 nip chocolate liquer eg. creme de cacao
- 1 nip of cream
- ice cubes
Method:
Put the creme de menthe, creme de caco, and cream into a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain the mix into a V shaped cocktail glass. Decorate the side of the glass with fresh strawberries, cherries, or other fresh fruit such as pineapple slices. Cheers!
