Harvey Wallbanger Cocktail
For one serve:
- 2 nips of vodka
- 1 nip of galliano
- orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar syrup
- ice cubes
Method:
In a highball tumbler glass put the ice and vodka. Add the orange juice and top up the glass to within an inch or two of the rim. Carefully pour the galliano over the top of the orange juice and vodka mix. The best way to do this is to turn a teaspoon upside down and hold it over the top of the mix - gently pour the galliano over the back of the spoon. You should be able to see the galliano layer floating above the rest of the drink. Decorate the side of the glass with a slice or orange or red cherries. Cheers!
