Midori Splice Cocktail
For one serve:
- 2 nips of midori (melon liqueur)
- 2 nips of cream
- pineapple juice
- ice cubes
Method:
Put the midori, cream, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into a large wine glass shaped cocktail glass. Top with pineapple juice if needed, and decorate the side of the glass with slices of fresh pineapple, strawberries, or cherries. Cheers!
